Gower Cycling Festival 18 - 25 September 2010 The Gower cycling festival provides cyclists the opportunity to get off the beaten track and explore Gower's beautiful countryside. We have put together a selection of fantastic rides, whether you are a regular cyclist or occasional rider there is something that will suit you. We have graded rides as either 'Gentle', 'Moderate' or 'Challenging' with starting points at Blackpill Lido, Gower Heritage Centre, Railway Inn (Killay), Dunvant Rugby Club, Civic Centre and Sailbridge at SA1. The festival will be officially launched at Blackpill Lido on Sat 18 Sept at 10am followed by the first ride - 'Family Fun Ride to Mumbles'. Other rides include 'Dylan Thomas Trail' (gentle), 'A Gower Taster' (moderate), 'Cefn Bryn' (moderate), 'Swiss Valley' (challenging) and 'Gower Circuit Plus' (challenging) amongst others.
