About us and Location

FAIRWAYS Bed and Breakfast, is situated on the edge of Gower on Clyne common in Mayals; overlooking a championship Clyne Golf Course and offers a perfect base for both the business and leisure visitor.

Ideally located to discover Gower, the first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Gower has some of the best views in the country, some fabulous beaches and walks.  Mumbles is only a couple of miles away with its assortment of small shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants.  Fairways is also easy walking distance from famous Clyne Gardens, which hosts special events during spring, and summer. One can take a short walk through gardens joining the seaside Promenade to Mumbles.

Swansea City and the Maritime Quarter are only 4 miles away where you will find the LC Water Park and National Waterfront Museum. Also nearby is the Dylan Thomas House and Centre.  Swansea University is just 2 miles away; there you can find the Taliesin Theatre, The Egypt Centre, Wales's National Pool and a Tennis club.

Fairways overlooks Clyne Golf Course, an exclusive 18-hole golf course that has stunning views of Mumbles and Swansea Bay. All prices inclusive of full breakfast, No credit card facility (Bank transfters, cash & cheques in sterling accepted, we also accept cash in euros)

For breakfast - we offer a good selection of freshly prepared food using local produce where possible and special diets can be catered for.

Parking and other facilities

There is ample parking in the grounds of Fairways.  You are welcome to use the dry rooms and storeroom for sport equipment.

Walkers, cyclists and golfers are welcome.

Guide dogs welcome.
