By sharing our knowledge of the beautiful Gower coastline, we hope you will be able to experience the Joy of Stand up paddling and therefore appreciate a fantastic way to be outdoors and exercise in the most popular outdoor activity among first-time participants the world has ever seen!.
We first Introduced Stand up Paddling to the region over 10 years ago!
Lessons are available in various locations depending whether you want to learn on the sea or in protected waters.
Come have a go with us in Mumbles, North dock Llanelli or on the Swansea Canal to name a few locations.
