Nestled under the shadow of Cefn Bryn, Hills Farm House is ideally located in the centre of Gower giving easy access to all the Gower beaches.
Being one of the oldest buildings in Reynoldston as there has been a house at Hills farm since the early 1600's, it is believed that the current house is at least 200 years old. The property has been refurbished to offer very comfortable accommodation for visitors to the area.
The village of Reynoldston has a local pub and restaurant - The King Arthur which acts as the hub of the community and serves excellent pub/restaurant food and real ales. There is also a local post office and convenience store. Fairyhill restaurant is a short drive. This location is perfect for walkers with the Gower Way being easily reached, which offers amazing views towards north Devon to the south and the Black Mountains to the north.
Hills Farm has belonged to the John family for over 5 generations and is still being farmed today. The farm is 140 acres and has over 700 sheep. The farm adjoins Cefn Bryn common where sheep, cattle and horses roam freely.

Enter into the fitted kitchen which has a large dining table and 8 chairs, Range cooker, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a utility room with a washing machine and drying rail.
The cosy lounge has 2 comfy sofas, wood burning stove, flatscreen TV and DVD player, CD player and ipod dock.
The staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are 3 bedrooms: 1 triple with a King size bed and a single, a King size with en suite shower room with WC, and a 'zip n link' room which can be made into a twin or a King size depending on your preference. Please state at time of booking which configuration.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
External: The property is set in large grounds with a lawned area, courtyard with table and chairs, and parking for up to 5 cars.
