Little Valley Bakery is a small and passionate artisan bakery. We bake quality breads and treats using traditional methods from our bakery in the heart of Gower.

The bakery is owned and run by Tamara Williams, accountancy graduate and food lover. She is combining her love of food with the skills she learnt in her degree to bring brilliant food to her community. She has been baking for years and was inspired by her late mother who trained as a chef.

After a summer spent in France sampling the delights of great bread we realised we didn’t want to go back to the ‘bread’ supermarkets provide. We wanted good, quality loaves that tasted great and weren’t full of chemicals.

So in April 2014 we decided to embark on our food business journey. From very small and humble beginnings we’re now operating from our bakery in Parkmill (next to the Gower Heritage Centre) and supplying the people in Swansea with great produce.

You can get our bread from various coffee shops and eateries across Swansea, at various markets across Swansea and South Wales and of course at our shop in Parkmill.

We’re proud of our bread; it is made using organic flour, traditional techniques and we use slow processes that develop great flavour. We’re signed up members of the Real Bread Campaign and you can be sure that our bread is just that, real bread.

At our shop you can expect you can expect sourdough, seeded rye and our delicious speciality flavoured loaves as well as delightful cinnamon buns and the perfect morning treat in croissants.

We are aiming for big things. We want to show that good quality food businesses can thrive in the modern day.
